mothers day

Sunday was mothers day and to celebrate i took my mom to the 100th annual lilac festival at the Arnold Arboretum. It was crazy busy, so much traffic and no parking, but we eventually made our way inside. There were a lot of people, almost too many, but still, it was nice to see so many people out and enjoying themselves. My Mom told me she had always wanted to go, but never been. She hasn't been feeling well lately, so it was good to see her out and smiling.
